Online Registration


The Certificates of Attendance will be available in your conference account on 2 December 2022. Please log in to your account, in the Dashboard, under the Registration tab > Documents, you will be able to download your certificate (see image below). Once the certificate opens in a new tab, right-click on the area around it and select "Print". Then do the respective adjustments (Landscape, A4, etc.) and save as pdf.



An online registration procedure has to be followed. Only if you have successfully registered for the ISEKI e-conference 2022 you will be able to submit one or maximum two abstracts.


Please read carefully the Guidelines for online registration and the Guidelines for abstract submission.

You can submit an abstract either just after the online registration process or after logging in to your Conference Account by using the URL and login details sent to you by e-mail after your registration to the conference.

You can upload maximum 2 abstracts per registered person.

Regular Registration € 50,00

Student Registration Regular € 30,00

ISEKI-Member Registration € 40,00

ISEKI-Member Students € 20,00


Student registration is available for Bachelor, Master and PhD Students with a valid Student ID or certification of their institute.



Payment Procedure

As soon as you register, you can download a proforma invoice with all payment details from your conference account. After we receive your payment, you will be notified by email that your registration is confirmed. Then, you will be able to download your final invoice from the tab "Payments & Invoices" in your conference account. Please note: all bank charges must be on your side.



As a payment reference, please use

  • the REGISTRATION ID found on your proforma invoice

AND

  • the NAME OF THE PARTICIPANT.


After receiving an email that your registration is confirmed, please log in to your conference account and click on "payments & invoices" to download your final invoice. If this is not enough for your accounting department, please contact the conference secretariat at conference@iseki-food.net.



Certificates of Attendance and Presentation

All certificates (attendance and presentation) will be available in your conference account a few days after the end of the conference. Log in to your conference account, open the certificate, print and save it as PDF.

Please note that only persons who have done their payment and ISEKI-Food Association has received it before the conference date will be able to get their certificates.



Book of abstracts

Will be available after the conference - you will be informed by e-mail accordingly.
